Artwork Rights Policy

When you upload logos, graphics, or other files, you confirm you own them or have a licence to use them on rolling paper packaging for the stated commercial purpose and territory.

You must have authority to reproduce third-party trademarks, fonts, and likenesses. Cloud Boyz does not verify ownership - you are responsible for clearance.

You agree to indemnify Cloud Boyz against claims, costs, and damages arising from artwork you supply that infringes third-party rights.

Concepts, layouts, and proofs created by our team remain Cloud Boyz property until full payment and any agreed assignment of rights. Production use is licensed for the agreed order quantity unless otherwise stated.

Final print-ready files and source working files are not automatically included unless agreed in your quote. They may be available for an additional fee.

We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, defamatory, or inconsistent with our brand positioning.
